Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Service
1. Front Door Delivery for Mattresses Only
- The $80 delivery fee for front door drop offs applies only to mattress purchases, not bed frames.
- Customers are responsible for moving the mattress from the front door to the desired location.
2. Responsibility for Measurements:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the mattress or bed frame they purchase will fit into their home or up the stairs to their bedroom.
- This includes accurately measuring the dimensions of doorways, stairways, elevators, and other spaces through which the mattress or bed frame will need to pass
3. Liability:
- We are not responsible for any damages or difficulties that may occur during delivery if the mattress or bed frame you have purchased does not fit into your home or up the stairs to your bedroom.
- This includes any costs associated with modifying doorways, stairways, elevators, or other spaces to accommodate the delivery.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
- We have a clear policy regarding returns and exchanges, which customers are expected to read and understand before making a purchase.
- If a customer decides that the mattress or bed frame they have purchased does not fit into their home or meet their needs, they are responsible for returning it at their own cost, in accordance with our returns and exchanges policy.
5. Delivery Fees:
- Customers are responsible for paying any delivery fees associated with the purchase of their mattress or bed frame.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or exchange.
6. Delivery Time Frames:
- Delivery time frames are based on a number of factors, including traffic, road conditions, and scheduling constraints.
- Our delivery time frame is a window of time, and our delivery team may arrive earlier or later than the estimated time.
- We ask that customers be flexible and accommodate the delivery team within the delivery time frame provided.
7. No-Show Policy:
- If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled delivery appointment without prior notice, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of the missed delivery.
- Repeated no-shows may result in the cancellation of the order, and any fees will not be refunded.
8. Packaging Removal:
- Customers are responsible for disposing of any packaging materials and rubbish generated during the delivery and installation of their bed frame.
- If a customer requests the removal of any rubbish generated during the delivery and installation of their bed frame, an additional fee may be charged to cover the cost of disposal.
9. Driver Footwear:
- Our delivery team is required to wear appropriate footwear to ensure their safety while handling and transporting mattresses and bed frames.
- We expect our customers to respect the decisions made by our delivery team regarding their personal protective equipment and safety.
10. Damage During Delivery:
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the mattress or bed frame upon delivery, and reporting any damages or defects to the delivery team immediately.
- If a customer reports a damage or defect after the delivery team has left, we will do our best to resolve the issue, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer a resolution.
11. Customer Satisfaction:
- We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction, and are committed to providing a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- If a customer is unhappy with their purchase or the delivery process, we encourage them to reach out to us so that we can work to resolve the issue and improve our services.
